Our mission

At BOHD Management, our mission is simple: to deliver a level of service rarely seen in block management. We believe professional property management should be transparent, proactive, and genuinely personal — giving leaseholders clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.

Our story

After years in the industry, our founder Patrick Lambert saw a common issue: property managers overloaded with too many buildings, leading to poor communication, slower responses, and frustrated leaseholders.

BOHD Management was created to change that.

By giving each Property Manager a smaller portfolio, we ensure they can dedicate time and attention to every client — building real relationships and staying proactive instead of reactive.

This approach has become our hallmark: attentive service, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to doing things differently.
